The CA.M.P. provides services for acute illnesses, chronic conditions, well child exams, sport physicals, immunizations and more. Medical services are provided three days a week by Family Nurse Practitioner Laura Gribbell.

 

We provide mental health services through Wendy Young, LMSW, BCD.

 

Look for educational and support programs such as drug and alcohol awareness, nutrition, and smoking cessation classes and seminars.

 

The C.A.M.P.'s services are designed for adolescents ages 10-21. We are here for those who have any type of insurance, those who are under-insured, & those who have no insurance. Please ask if you need assistance, whether you need help with private insurance, MI Child or Medicaid.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent/guardian to sign a consent form. These can be found at the C.A.M.P., or you can call 293-3226 Ext 1427 and request to have one sent home via backpack or mail.

 

*The C.A.M.P. may also provide confidential HIV/STD testing as well as pregnancy tests.

 

*We CAN NOT prescribe or dispense ANY contraception/family planning/birth control of any kind.

 

 *You will not need parent/guardian consent to receive mental health counseling, HIV/STD testing or pregnancy tests, as these are confidential services.
